Final Sale Items

For health, hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Disposable vapes

• Opened or used vape products

• Any product that cannot be verified as unused or untampered

Because of the sensitive design of these products and the inability to verify defects after use, we cannot process returns or refunds for them.

Reporting Issues

If you experience any issue with your order, it must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date. Our support team will review the matter on a case-by-case basis and provide assistance.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will carefully review the issue in accordance with our policy and, if eligible, provide a resolution.
